Hacking the Third Wave II

Artist

Sang Chul Nam

Dates

June 1-9, 2024

Sang Chul Nam’s exhibition Hacking The Third Wave II incorporates sculpture, projections, and abstract paintings in an immersive installation at the historic Fort Langley Community Hall. Investigating our multifaceted relationship to nature in an increasingly manufactured and technological age, Sang Chul creates a space to sensitively grapple with the many forms of change facing our climate and local ecologies. Contrasting artificial and organic forms, Hacking The Third Wave II envisions possible futures, layering critical and hopeful perspectives on what may be transformed with time.
